Where do you get your fur?

- We harvest the majority of our fur. Both Jake and Riley are licensed fur trappers in New Hampshire. 

How can we order custom fur products?

- Send us an email with a description of what you're looking for, and we will get back to you shortly with a quote and an estimated timeline. 

How long do custom orders take to make?

- The amount of time it takes for orders to be mailed once they are placed varies greatly depending on the type of fur, the availability of the fur (if we're sold out it could be up to a year), the type of product, and the time of year (holiday seasons are busier). The shortest turn around time can be 3 weeks and the longest, over a year. 

Can you do a rush custom order?

For some items, we offer rushed orders in which the turn around time can be 2-3 weeks. The availability of rushed items depends on if the fur is available in our shop. 

Do we sew other people's fur?

Yes, we are happy to make custom products with any fur that you may provide.
